I know how you feel about meeting stupid Americans in other countries. When I was in Costa Rica, we met some Americans from Philadelphia. They were all sunburned and half-drunk and talking about really stupid things. I didn't hear them attempt to speak Spanish, though, but I bet they didn't have a lot of respect for the language. They were flinging water at the lizards that are common to the Pacific Coast in Costa Rica, and they thought that they were really funny. It was frustrating. But that's funny that you saw those lacrosse players twice.
