Geneva with Maria!!

Well, today I took the train from Bonn to Geneva which required two transfers, and a language switch.  Though, now that I have been speaking German so often, my French has slipped away somewhere in my brain that needs to be retrieved.  So, I met Maria at our hotel, and she had just gotten up from a nap.  We left at around 5ish, and walked and walked and walked, with no stop other than to buy olive rolls and nectarines for dinner until 10ish!  We got a little turned around at one time, so asked directions from a nice looking family, but they spoke spanish, so Maria handled that exchange!!  We finally found a track from the tram that led us back to the lake.  When we got back from our lovely walk, both of our feet hurt a lot!!!  So we filled the tub with hot water and soaked our feet.  Tomorrow we leave for our stay in Cagnes sur Mer!!
